Viewing an Animation

The controls for viewing animations are organized much like those of a VCR.

Button-Play.gif (908 bytes) plays the animation.

Button-Stop.gif (907 bytes) stops the playing of the animation.

Button-Beginning.gif (932 bytes) rewinds the animation to its beginning.

Button-End.gif (918 bytes) fast forwards the animation to its end.

Button-Back.gif (909 bytes) and Button-Forward.gif (911 bytes) step through the animation one key-frame at a time.

 

Playing and Recording an Animation

Button-Animation-Ghost.gif (161 bytes) displays all animation key-frames simultaneously. 3D Canvas interpolated positions for objects are ghosted. The number of key-frames to display can be set using the Ghost options, which can be displayed by right-clicking.

Button-PlayFullScreen.gif (921 bytes) plays the animation at full screen so that you can use a third party application to capture a full screen image.

Button-Record.gif (942 bytes) plays the animation and records it to a Windows video file. You will be prompted for your recording preferences prior to the recording.

Button-Snapshot.gif (938 bytes) takes a snapshot image of the currently visible key-frame and saves it to a Windows bitmap file. You will be prompted for your snapshot preferences prior to the snapshot being taken.
